Apologies for such a long delay! As I was preparing the next posts in my now-pending series on anxiety, I was simultaneously working on a huge major project (I can’t wait to show you!), which will be a separate page within this blog under its own tab. Then things got hectic with my own preparations for social distancing/ self-quarantine. Since the mainstream media’s fear- mongering has been such a part of this pandemic, several topics I’d like to cover regarding anxiety and depression must be modified to reflect the current forms these issues are taking. Obviously, discussion of virus-related topics will overlap quite a bit. I look forward to sharing my findings with you; as always, a holistic approach utilizing a complementary mix of personal anecdotes and summarized research from professional scientific sources.
