If you’re reading this in “real time”, you know considerable time elapsed since I last posted. I was forced to go on hiatus for health reasons. Yet, as much as I’m tempted to complain, there’s so much I learned that I can’t wait to share! But first I have to organize the info, compose descriptions along with research and—as usual—cite complementary sources. Please stay tuned for a series on anxiety and brain health that will tie together many topics I’ve already introduced, such as the Endocrine System with additional information, such as PTSD symptoms that I plan to add. Of course, everything in life is connected but often it’s hard to see all the patterns and parallels. That’s why I started this blog– to make available all the info I wish I’d known long ago!
